Joshua Carley, RP (Qualifying) is based in Belleville, Ontario, and provides support to children, adolescents, and young adults. He works with individuals experiencing difficulties related to fears and worries (including obsessive–compulsive concerns), low mood, anger, grief and loss, eating-related concerns, relationship and friendship challenges, as well as those seeking general support in navigating life events. He also has a particular interest in working with young people on the autism spectrum.
Joshua is committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. He believes that effective therapy is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship, the provision of accurate information, and the use of evidence-based treatments. He offers both in-person and virtual sessions and currently has availability for new clients.
Joshua has completed a Master of Arts in Education: Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa and is in the process of pursuing full registration as a psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying). At Queensview Professional Services, he is supervised by clinical psychologist Dr. Julian Caza.
