Joanne Murphy

Professional Biography

Joanne Murphy is our office receptionist. Joanne is a graduate of Laurention University in Sudbury, Ontario, where she obtained her teaching credentials. Joanne has more that 15 years experience working as a Core French and French Immersion teacher for the Carleton and Lanark School Boards.

Joanne also enjoyed a career with the Federal Public Service as a Program Administrator for the National Research Council and the Medical Research Council of Canada

Joanne enjoys working with children and has authored a number of books for preschool children. She is fluently bilingual and is happy to assist QPS staff and clients in either official language.
